If you have a challenging production application or need a one-of-a-kind system or turnkey solution? Not sure where to start? Allow us to lead you through our “5M” process to define the material, method, measurement, manpower and machine necessary to minimize the risk associated with the development of your one-of-a-kind manufacturing system.

Using techniques such as Design of Experiments (DOE), Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis (PFMEA), Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA) and our 60+ years of experience designing and building special machines, we will help you define the processes required to ensure a quality outcome. We benchmark new applications against the results of our previous designs to mitigate your risk and accelerate the concept and proposal process.

Based on the results of the above, we will provide you with a proposal for either a phased design approach utilizing prototyping or a turnkey design solution. Prototyping is used to define processes in order to minimize risk and insure quality. If your special application challenge can be resolved using proven processes, then prototyping is not necessary.

Let us help you increase your manufacturing productivity with a custome automatic assembly system. Our engineering team will work with you to design a system that will streamline your operation and increase your productivity – adding money to your bottom line.

We design, build and integrate full turnkey systems. Our automatic assembly systems often include:

  • welding, pressing or clinching, part marking, in-line inspection of key part characteristics, eddy current testing, leak testing, automatic insertion, lubricating, screwdriving, nutdriving, seal installation, o-ring installation, sub-component assembly, brazing / soldering sonic / heat sealing plastic parts, and automatic part feeding.

Whether it is a carousel, inline indexing, multi-station work cell, non-synchronous carousel, rotary dial, synchronous, robot, or walking beam transfer system, PESCO's sales and applications team will recommend the best available software and technology to meet your quality and throughput needs. The companies we represent can integrate control software from manufacturers such as:

  • Allen Bradley, Automation Direct, Cognex, Compumotor, Fanuc, GE, Indusoft, Keyence, LabVIEW, Mitsubishi, Modicon, Omron, Parker, Precitek, Siemens, Wonderware

Once an order is placed, and you have approved the design, our project team will control the purchase, manufacture, and assembly of your system to the high quality requirements of the ISO 9001:2000 standards.
